How to refund a customer

All refunds are processed by the Music Glue customer support team. If you wish to process a refund to one of your customers, please contact support@musicglue.com with the relevant order details (order number and customer email address is essential for us to be able to locate and refund the order) and they will process that for you as soon as possible.
